The Girl - Poem by Angel A. Lockwood

The Girl
In a Dog eat Dog
Man empowered world
Whom doesnt necessarily listens
to the wisdom, or insight of a girl
Unless she has a proven record of
beating the boys at their games, without a need for a curve
She is soon seen as a Woman
No longer the girl
