The Forest Of Unlimited Dreams Poem by James Darwin Smith II

The Forest Of Unlimited Dreams

In the form of a dubious precedence
Masks were made daily for each day
Hiding every last emotion
Turning into the silence that surrounds these thoughts

In a dark sense of inner electric voice phenomena
The forest’s hauntingly exotic acrostics acoustics are heard
Strumming like never before
Innovation beyond the surroundings of a present denial

So when a city mourns
When a forest is scorned
How can one live peacefully in denial?

Ah, up in the air we share the same sky
Though different in so many aspects
The endless air reigns with unlimited possibilities

I no longer have any masks to wear
Though I hide myself very well
The Ghosts of nature treats me with such divine respect
Understanding me for who I truly am
And not who they expect me to falsely be

In the true form of myself
I stand alone at will
Figuring each mystery in front of me
Till I am freed of all of these warp speeding thoughts
As they shall slow down with great haste
Letting me relish in each of my dreams

And all of the positive winds shall be felt
Nothing will ever take me down
I am a humbled originator with a true soul, with goose bump ambitions
Partially black within as the light shines over the horizon

I shall now combine simplicity with complexity
This was always meant to be

I will keep mending, never bending
I am elastically to the air I represent
Balancing myself in this very life I lead
The stars are my map towards enlightenment
My peeks, my visions have so much to truly give

My body resides in this city
But my heart is always hiking away in the forest of unlimited dreams

We all have a right to unlock the many aspects of who we are
Confidence is truly the key of all skeleton keys

I am almost out; soon I will be freer than I could have of ever believed

No matter where I am
The forest of unlimited dreams always knows who I am
The forest of unlimited dreams will always know you I will be
With love and devotion, I shall open the golden gate
To a love beyond what I could of ever imagined

And then, I will finally be free!
Yes, I will indeed finally be free!
