The Fire



Fire burning bright tonight
Keeps us warm on this cold night
How your flames they flash and flicker
Brings the day a whole lot quicker

How you burnt throughout the night
Down to embers you’re glowing bright
The warmth heats my heart and soul
And keeps me from that bitter cold
