The Family Poem by Kitti Manson

The Family

Rating: 3.2

Mommas a maid.
Daddys getting laid.
Brothers getting paid
From the houses he raids.

Babys laying here crying
Because inside shes dying.
Shes done trying
To deal with all the lying.

This is not a home,
Living all alone.
The smiles that are shown.
Are they real? No no.

Mommas so sad.
Daddys always mad.
Brothers been bad.
Doing drugs like dad.

Baby died by the knife.
She lost the fight.
But she didn't take her life.
Brother stabbed her twice.

This is not a home.
Living all alone.
The smiles that are shown.
Are they real? No no.
