The Falling Flake Poem by Neran Sati

The Falling Flake

How lucky were you, a little feather,
Free - as snowflake - a while sole
Gliding all aglow - by her sweet
Intention at Earth's lap - the armful -
Be softly thrown!

Glittering as light - the impervious -
Hovering lone, once but pulled
Off the dove's bosom warm, it soul.
That blatant breeze and you, unwillingly
Awake' to stay afloat, the vision still
Blurred at world anew, as cold..

You tiny descent yawl, waving upon
That tide fair - a subtile light out air spire.
An iffy trip dance, through it witness, the
Short while view - as free - though no
Doubt in you belief - on lush ground -
To tweet. Yet wait, beforehand,
Behold it whole - Life or Death - as meant
Open' with that stroll short as sweet
To touch tenderly, allurin it ground, still
Hesitating few bounces - up and down -
Till the end - to rest - like smiling toddler
Just fed on mother's breast.
