The Eye, Mind & Tongue. Poem by Joshua Oyelalu

The Eye, Mind & Tongue.

The three friends of destruction and construction

They never part, because they are bossom friends

They work together like the fan

The eye, mind and tongue; the great factors of sin

The eye,

It is the power house for all

Without the eye the mind cannot work

Without the eye what is it the mouth want to say

It is the informant of the adulterer

And also the creator of faith for the believer

The mind,

It is the administrative house

Where the work of the tongue are filed up

before sending to the tongue to work on

It is the first place the adulterers meet

And also where the creator and the believers meet

The tongue

The supredentent, the most functioning house,

It is the house of destruction

And it also saves from destruction

Powerful gift it holds in hand

And the adulterer use it to commit sin more

My tongue, mind and eye

You all have your negative, destroying part

But never work for me

Only the positive will the creator let work for me

The three powerful friend

Be my positive friend.
