The Evening Breeze
I love sitting
in the evening breeze
voices coming
from some place
farther away
I can hear crickets
in the distance
The evening breeze
is charming
and calming to me
makes me feel so good
I can close my eyes
and not care
about anything
The evening breeze
takes away
all the heaviness
of the day
with a simple blow
giving me
a sense of peace
I can sit here
and just be
in this evening breeze.
