The Eternal Spring And Summer Poem by Hebert Logerie

The Eternal Spring And Summer

No, I am neither dreaming nor fantasizing of being in heaven,
I am talking about enjoying each second of my sweet vacation.
We are driving and cruising with the wind, in our way to Key West.
The breeze is cool, brisk, inviting, and is obviously full of zest.

It is ninety godly degrees in December, and the weather is divine.
We can feel the kisses of the wind, and the tease of the winter flowers.
We are driving and strolling in the wind; we are kissing like serious lovers,
Who will not hesitate to tie the sentimental knots under the grapevine.

It is spring break in the state of Florida; the college crowds are having fun,
The weather is immaculate and divine; we are swimming in the sun.
This is an eternal spring, this is awesome, and this is an eternal summer.

Pick one, choose one, it does not matter. You and I love each other forever,
Under the sky of the eternal spring and summer. We are deeply in love.
We are dreaming, enjoying the good life, and thanking our God above.
