This is the end of everything
I know and hold dear

My life is changed and I have
every reason to fear

That I'll not be able to withstand

The passage of time
the drain of the sand

I'm lost in this world,
lost and alone

I fear I have everything
for which to atone

For my existence I'm sorry
it should never have been

It was a mistake from the start,
And full of much sin

My actions I regret
For my feelings I'm sorry

I never meant
to cause anyone to worry

My failure's are great
and oh so many

I've caused great pain
and tears aplenty

And now all that's left
Is to cause one great pain

And though your tears
might fall like the rain

The tears will end
and the pain will pass

Then you'll be able to live
at long last
