as you embellish the masquerade
of broken dreams.

you achieve your emotions
that tends to compensate
this eternal sacrifice becomes
more advanced by ever moment that
it takes to unfold.

As I watch you caressing every
memory of your lost fragile thoughts
to control what you can't get over.

your embellished masquerade sees
all of your life choices that you
as you break away from the solitude
within your emotional ride to freedom
on which you seek cor yourself.
