The Dongler Strikes Poem by Jean Dough

The Dongler Strikes

Our kissing was always silent
No smacking of lips or
Shuffling of clothes
I loved that about us
But you always thought
That there should be noise its
Not natural to kiss silently
So I told myself that one day
I would find a boy that liked
Silent kisses because they
Felt like the whole world was
Stopping just for us and our
Kiss

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I came up with the poem because I hate the sound that kissing makes in movies.
