The December Storm Poem by Anuksha Shetty

The December Storm

Rating: 5.0

Trying hard to think
I'm trying hard to think about it
But I forgot it all
My hands, My hands are Numb
I can't feel, touch any thing
My eye's are frozen
As cop's try to make me comfortable
They ask me about the December man
And all I say is-I don't remember

I say-
I'm trying hard to remember
Remember, the December storm
The December Storm,
that shook my world
Remember, the Bloody December Storm
December storm

I say-
I'm trying hard to remember
Remember, the December storm
The December Storm,
that shook my world
Remember, the Bloody December Storm
December storm

All I can remember is
the lady shouting and screaming
when she begged for mercy
he showed no pity
He didn't even hesitate
to cut her throat off
The blood dripped from his knife
As it dripped dropp by dropp on the floor
I stood still.............

I'm trying hard to remember
Remember, the December storm
The December Storm,
that shook my world
Remember, the Bloody December Storm
December storm

Wish my senses would have been working
Wish I stepped out to her rescue
Wish I could fight him
Wish i never behaved like a coward
But i won't stop, i won't back down
I'll give her justice that she needed all time
TIME......................

I'm trying hard to remember
Remember, the December storm
The December Storm,
that shook my world
Remember, the Bloody December Storm
December storm
