I hate the one who watches me
as it watches from the dark
it watches me with dark intent

As I walk for a while in the darkness
I can see a light in my path
I start to step forward to try to move toward it
but the light fades with a laugh

I'm looking for something.
I can feel it close by,
I don't know what I seek but I might as well try.
I can't eat I can't sleep till my search comes to cease.

Then we are they
But if they are we

A forgotten memory clouded in black
A far off dream that started to fade
An it that you always wished wouldn’t come back
To aspire to know what is forbade
...

They call me the watcher
As I taint my eyes with the blood of a fallen child
Now a lifeless vessel whose name will never be heard
And as the young blood drips from my lenses
...

My minds consumed with thoughts of doom
To the one who exists as my bane
I’d have given the earth and all it’s worth
For a second of vengeance to claim

In the December air a leaf is dropped
and the cool wind makes it blow
and as it flows onto the ground it's drowned within the snow

Twas a bleak December night
As the stars were shining bright
And the moon was positioned highest in the darkened sky
