I notice the coincidence also. I think 'A portrait of the Artist as a Young Man' and 'Finnegan's Wake' are very good novels. Michael Walker.

I'll have to read this agian, I think you've lost me there.I did wonder if it was anything to do with Joyce dropping the manuscript of 'Ulysses' on the floor of his flat in Zurich. By the way, thanks for your comments on my poems.Sorry I took so long to reply, I have only just discovered this section of Poemhunter. I will read some more of yours right now.
