The Dark Side
To love and not to have,
You tightly by my side,
There is no sadder love,
Than one you have to hide.
To love and to have not,
In pain have to decide,
If life was just a game,
Not really worth the ride.
Better a hidden love than no love at all. And if life is just a game, we're all involved, so let's go for the gold. But the main thing is not to walk away empty handed. Great thoughts from your pen.
