The Dance Poem by Tim Adams

When it comes to life's dance
It often takes two,
I was blessed enough
To see the beauty in you.
Then another thing happened
that really set me free,
was that you found something
inside of me.

When two people dance
Everyone knows,
Mistakes can be made
and we step on toes.
But God gave a gift to us
and he surely did bless,
the two of us
the ability of forgiveness.

Open communication and honesty
will always be,
a huge part of the love
between you and me.
I found out a truth
about the life I want to live,
it's a lifetime with you
Giving all the love
I have to give.
