Dance is beautiful form
That prevents body from being torn
Bring it to good shape and present
All ills in body may remain absent

It tires out body completely
The dirt comes out through dance excessively
If it is done in limit, it can bring desirous result
The body might be shaped well and remain well built

The dance provides tonic
The body reacts and remains fit
Same way music keeps man in happiest position
The music brings unknown cells into fine composition

The dance and music both are vital
The absence of it may prove fatal
The body may look good
But may face some shortage in food

The physical and mental growth is necessary
The dance along with music combination can make it to vary
The mental growth will be as good as body growth
The effect will be felt as one and at the same time by both
