Serenity I will pray for daily
Love and understanding is what I need
People here are strange and silly
Parents and teachers no longer take lead

Electric media leads our children
To a world of nothing but confusion
The world may end without any siren
Death is all we see on television

Larry King replaces God and Heaven
That’s why many churches are now vacant
The Bible now Allen Poe’s Raven
The only smell in the air is death’s scent

This may only be a nightmare of sorts
but this ocean my friend has many ports
