The Clock Poem by Dennis Go

The Clock

The clock strikes
Twelve, then
It breaks down;

Leaving both hands
Pointed
At the direction
Of midnight.

Clearly,
An anticipation.

One must die
In order
To live again

Using replacement
Spare parts.
