The church, is Jesus’ loyal wife –Eph.5: 31-32
Grace chose as faithful bride –Ro.10: 17

The Lord describes through such as Paul –1Ti.3: 14-15
How service should be held –1Cor.14: 26-33
To deviate, has brought to fall 1Cor.1; 11-13
And others who’ve rebelled –1Ti.1: 19

We all in truth should testify
Should glorify God’s Son
Spread holy seed through Christ on high –Mt.28: 19-20
Until the battle’s won

No priest can do it on their own
God’s sheep should all take part –Ro.12: 3-8
Yet Christ remains life’s Cornerstone-Eph.1: 22
Supporting from the start-Jn.1: 1

Man of himself cannot believe
That none should ever boast
True faith’s a gift that we receive –2Pe.1: 1
Through Heavens’ Holy Ghost –Ro.12: 3

Wondrous gifts and talents too –Mt.25: 15-30
To each of us Love gives –Ro.12: 6
To build His church, complete and new –Cor.14: 12
A house that breathes & lives –1Pe.2: 5

Vivid in Christ, through faith and love
Through Christ! God’s Word we share Dt.8: 3
Through which we’ll change, rising above –Eph.5: 25-27
To reign with Him up there

Yet churches fall, or they can stand –Mt.15: 14
Depending on which ground –Mt.7: 24-27
But those within the Saviour’s hand
Can never be more sound –Jn.10: 28…
