The Child In Sleep
Close your eyes
become a child again
curl up into a ball
in this slumber
your innocence shows
as you rest contentedly
your true nature reveals
a deeper sensitivity
Snooze in truth
doze with honesty
release your youth
buried inside
as you shift to change position
the child you were
can clearly be seen
purely unadulterated
always uncovered
whenever, wherever
you close your eyes
