The Candy Man

The Candy Man
Has Valium
He wants to set you free

Just pop the pill
Into your mouth
Dissolve anxiety

And if this pill
Is not your style
Just wait awhile
And go the mile

Look deep within
For strength my friend

Keep looking up
And search the sky

A loving cup
With wings you'll fly

The candy man
He'll come no more

For when he knocks
You'll shut the door

Poem of the Day

poet Edgar Allan Poe

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
