The Butterfly Poem by DEEPIKA GANESH

The Butterfly

Once a pretty butterfly came
So friendly and so tame
The colourful little sipper
Sat on my lucky finger
He made a little noice
With a pretty pleasant voice
He started crawling here and there
And within no time
Butterflies filled the air
They all went to the garden
Where roses and jasmlne were
To suck nectar with their natural straws
Long and curled.
