Join me on the bridge to nowhere
Leave your worries far behind
Follow me and we will go there
We'll end up with peace of mind
No beginning and no ending
Just a bridge spans River Grand
Destinatiion always pending
'Might be 'Never Never Land'

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is a real bridge located in the Mentor Lagoons in Mentor, Ohio right down the street from where I live. My grandchildren and I have spent many times just sitting on the tiny beach beneath the end on Mentor's side of it talking about our dreams to each other. The other end is in Fairport Harbor, Ohio where I was born and raised.
