The Best Things In Life Are Free Poem by David Darbyshire

The Best Things In Life Are Free

Rating: 3.7

The best things in life are Free
I will assume you all Agree
But what is a little strange to Me
Is the Doctor's Fee? , or Is Death Free?

To be born cost also a Dollar
And your kid to become a Scholar
But what is a little strange to Me
Is what exactly in life is Free?

I suppose the Air we take In
Or on our face that silly Grin
Finally I must say, Once I got for Free
Was a BIG Kiss from you to me........................

And a Big Warn Hug

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Very sweet, well-composed and oh so true; the best things in life are indeed not 'things'!
