The Bells Ring Poem by Eric Ripley

The Bells Ring

As the bells ring
Throughout the night
The knights blade
Swiftly Slicing
Slicing through ebony armor
As the knight falls
He takes some with him
He is not dead
He only appears so
he lives
Whether it may seem false
It is true
The bells ring with sorrow
The bells ring with death
Listen.
Listen.
Listen for the bells
The take cover
