The Angel Poem by Mark Stone

The Angel

Rating: 4.5

I have seen the flaws of the Angel
and loved her all the more.

I have felt her pains and worries
every line and every pore.

I have shared her doubts and fears
and seen the essence of her soul.
I found her heart well guarded
behind walls and locked doors.

I have heard the voice of the Angel
and loved her all the more.
Felt her quake and quiver,
be strong, torn and full
of scorn.

I have felt the face of the Angel
and loved her all the more.

Her sentiment, peace and tranquility
as well as that on which it poured.

I have seen the flaws of the Angel,
and loved her all the more.
