Thanks To God Poem by Dennis Field

Thanks To God

Oh God shine your light on me,
for I am a sinner you see,
most times I am in the dark,
no light to be seen,
I am lost in this world,
and I do not want to be.

For you are all the power,
to give us your light,
for your love for us,
you have said is everlasting,
so help us through these days,
and change the way we are,
so we can see what is to be.

We give you thanks,
to the one on high,
never to be shy to say why,
for he knows what's in our hearts,
so ask for his forgiveness,
as he hears all your prays,
Thank you God.

Fight for the things those have been forgotten in our universe. fight for the light This has been proved for me that God Always forgives us, if we want so we give thanks to our God because of the smiles that he sends for us still we promise and continue our (perhaps) dirty actions, but again, he is there, waiting for our calling. i embrace this work with my whole existence because it's really, really nice well written Dennis, very nice

If we admit that we are sinners and are genuinely sorry for our actions, God the all forgiving one will look upon us with kindness! A poem rich in sincerity and a desire for godly grace! !
