Tempt me not
For things I haven't seen
To places I haven't been
For desires, I am not keen
Tempt me not
For tales left untold
For dreams not foretold
For moments that are, two-fold
Tempt me not
To devour your beautiful grace
To speed up my unkempt pace
To take part in a pointless race
Tempt me not
To keep gazing into those eyes
To be the centre of despise
To be someone, who is not wise
Tempt me not
By your innocent, charming gait
That yearns me, to wait
And it eats me, I'm getting late
Tempt me not, oh lady of wonder
Tempt me not!
