Teenage Years Poem by kendyll brown

Teenage Years

everyone tellly you
they're the best years of your life
the things they dont tell you
is they're full of strife

from a child to a teen
in less than a year
its alot to deal with
you have to grow up fast

as a child your free
as a teen your locked up
a child has no worries
a teen has a lot

you learn the meaning of love
you discover the broken hearts
the worries of being accepted
are the hardest parts

whats the 'best'
about these years
when asa teen
you live in fear
