Teardrop Poem by Tsunami HiroshiSu

Teardrop

Splash, plop
Down falls a teardrop
Why are you crying?
Crying over nothing?
Just making a teardropp shaped pool.

Splash, plop
There goes another
Why are you crying?
Are you hurt?
Or just making a teardropp shaped pool.

Sob, shudder
Can't stop crying
Why?
Did I say something?
Or just for the fun of it.

Drip, splash
Rolling down your cheek
Why are you crying?
Was someone mean?
Or making a teardropp shaped pool.

Your blue ocean eyes
Crying diamond teardrops
Shattering on mossy floors
Trees appear from nowhere
The sun shining from on high

We walk through our new forest
The tears dried from your face
We will enjoy our sanctuary while we can
We walk a little farther and stop
Before a teardropp shaped pool.
