Tea All Alone Poem by Darlene Walsh

Tea All Alone

Rating: 0.5

Tea time, time for tea
Would you like some tea with me

Tea time, tea for two
Tea for me, tea for you

You and me tea for two
Tea for me, tea for you

Would you like some tea with me
Tea will be fun you will see

No
No tea with you, that will not do
No tea for me, no tea with you

You are mean, you are so blue
So no tea for me, no tea with you

Oh...

Tea time, tea for one
Tea for me, no tea for two

Just me for tea, tea for one
Tea for me, tea all alone

Oh! It will be a nice experience to share a cup of hot tea with a friend sip by sip

Hello Darleen. This would make a cute little children's story book. I can picture the little girl have a tea party with her teddy bear... I enjoyed, and thanks for your reviews and comments on my work. Loyd

I like to add herbal flavored tea bags into the envelopes of cards I send to far away friends, so when reading what I've written them, they can sit awhile and sip....makes me feel I have somehow shortened the miles. Your write reminded me of that....perhaps it is time to get back to my correspondences..A lovely write indeed! PEACE

I like to put herbal flavored tea bags into the envelopes of cards I mail off to far away friends...so while reading what I've written to them, they can sit awhile and sip with me. Your poem reminded me of that. PEACE
