Tamarac Trees

So beautiful in the autumn time
It amazes me to no end
It’s in the part of the country
To Mother Nature I must commend.

For she saw a vision of loveliness
She did exactly how she pleased
And created once a year
The picturesque Tamarac trees.

Good morning poet Marilyn, this is true. God has granted us such beauty in so many things of nature. My favorite is the Dogwood Tree. Have a great weekend, Loyd (Report) Reply

poet John Clare

I love to see the old heath's withered brake
Mingle its crimpled leaves with furze and ling,
While the old heron from the lonely lake
Starts slow and flaps its melancholy wing,
