Tall Oak Poem by Charles Helt

Tall Oak

Rating: 5.0

tall oak well formed
imperfectly sprouted
near other tall oak four times
scattered across pristine winter grass
expressing the randomness
of beauty and pretty reality
chaos in formation
perfectly
letting me see
their cells and quarks
behaving in natural law and patterns
of mathematically ordered chaos
exponentially large
infinitely small
and much
weirder
than you can
imagine

the way
it should be
