Talk To Me Poem by DICKSON MSETI

Talk To Me

Rating: 4.8

I feel the room is closed, as I’ve knocked several times,
The window is closed too, from the inside is silent,
If you are in there listening, please just talk to me.

Dogs bark to strangers, cats invites guests in,
They are both friendly and kind; they’re both on my sides,
If you are in there listening, please talk to me.

I can smell your fragrance; I feel your presence,
I can hear your footsteps, please step up to me,
If you are in there listening, please talk to me.

Everything is boring out here; I just came to stay,
Please open the door dear, I won’t go away
If you are in there listening, please talk to me.
