I feel tiredness
Little slackness too
No strong zeal
This is what I feel!

I used to run in morning
For health and improving
Breathe pattern
With inflow of air in turn

Natural air is something like tonic
It is good to know some basic
Little exercise keeps you fit
Always fresh on face to greet

Yes, but some change I find
I recall and rewind
I used to scale big mountain
Without any tiredness and pain

Why I feel little laziness?
Why do I feel no alertness?
It is age probably
I feel wearily

Yes before it knock severely
I must correct promptly
I must care for intake of food
Must observe restraint and talk less for good
