Tale Of Survival Poem by Vincenza Postiglione

Tale Of Survival

Once upon a time there was a princess without smiles
only love can left her pain away
she could swim like a siren, she could live with her strength
despite the fears and the tears which covered her face
She didn't hide never her sensitiveness
fake crosses behind the shy innocence
that it's gone away with your youngness
and today she has recovered the youngful merriment
after tore off the shame for that guy's fakeness.

In a movie without scripted story
she don't know yet her glory
that tiny and graceful girl doesn't see
flowers and bunnies into the sea
no surprises no waits
they threw lies behind those eyes
so many flies behind those words.

Then she ran away from the castle of darkness
and fell asleep inside a restless dream
with lights and knights at her bedside
to awaken her inside
they gave a gift of true love
so she could find her own path
and through the milky way, leaves her shiny track.
