Takip-silim


Sa pag-aagaw ng dilim at liwanag
sa pulang langit, ika'y banaag
sa pag-ibig nati'y sumasagisag
na sa katahimika'y bumabasag

Ating mga palad na perpektong naglapat
pagsintang tunay ang umaalab
sa pagtingin, paghanga't pag-ibig ng tapat
sana'y mga kilos at salita'y sapat

Sana rin di matapos ang ating mga oras
na tila imortal na sintetikong rosas
Sana di magmaliw ang ating pagtingin
na tila bilang ng wlang hanggang buhangin

Sa panaginip at pati sa isip
pangarap sana'y makamtan
mga 'anghel', sana'y h'wag sumilip
sana ako'y h'wag mo rin pakawalan

mga salitang tinuran, H'wag limutin
at sana ako'y tunay ring ibigin
saksi ang kalmado't asul na papawirin
at ang araw na nag-balak na ang dagat ay sisirin

Pinagtibay ng mga talang nakahabi
sa langit na padilim, hudyat ay pag-gabi
ng hanging tila may sinasabi
at sa mga puso nating nagtatangi
