Tagore Song (266) Other Day We Swing In Forest In Swing-Seat-Tied By The Blossoms Let This Memory Persist In Mind

(sedin dujone dulechhinu bone fulodore bandha jhulna)

Other day we swing in forest in swing-seat-tied by blossoms
Let this memory persist in mind frequently, don’t forget
On that day you know the wind had my mental words wrapped
All throughout the sky wind spreading your smile-simile
Travelling along the path the moon appeared in full-moon night
We happened to be meeting in a highly opportune time
Now I do not have time left, have to bear alone parting-burden
Please don’t take Rakhi off I tied to your soul, never!
