Sync Poem by Barry Reiter

Sync

Shadows of the past,
Trails of undone deeds,
Mire of imperfections vast,
Knife of unmet needs.

Fires of angry words,
Darkness of lonely days,
Flight of life's departing birds,
Confusion of life's maze.

Sunlight breaks the gloom,
Shadows disappear,
A sparkle in the mind's womb,
The moment opens clear.

All that is and which can be,
Is here for one to drink.
Surging strength of life's sea,
A life now lived in sync.
