The horned king surveys

domain of hills and valleys

fragile survival

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Mother nature is replete with many such creatures that just survey their 'kingdms'. The rattlesnake shakes it's tail to warn intruders that 'this is my kingdom, stay away' Just as the lioness is ruler of her kingdom in the Serengeti, and all survival is fragile to any creature large or small, including human. This is written very well and has the proper number of syllables. WRITE ON! ! ! ! ! Hugs, Barbara
