Sweet Mother Poem by Alsa Haslinda bt Alias

Sweet Mother

Melodic songs of love
My mother sang from the above
As it goes like this, on every day and night
That comes with a kiss
“How thee roses bloom, like budded petals groom
In the gardens of your humbly home, you shall keep thee yellow roses
Amongst thee inner glees, making thyself say love as thou wilt
Shall thee roses open thee heart, right from the very start
As heaven of flowers, neighing angelic horses from the above
As ye had given my heart through you, with my love from petals of blue”
I live through her words, through fallen nights
I kept myself awake, as listening to its melodic chords
Though life with many holders, I cannot sit myself to bore
But to survive, we care to caressed
We dare to arrest, those who we captured
We shall not torture, though hearts tell us either wise
But we must live to survive, as the Gods of Krasna
Taught us not to cry, but to love those who left us
Though evil karma, has cause them to die
Sweet mother, ye has brought me to live
Sweet mother, I shall no longer hear
The sounds of thee, which I could not see
Sweet mother, I shall not be afraid of the power in me
I live for you, and for the people I knew
I live for my old man, whom held me in his hand
Before I reach of age, to serve myself at war
as he lead my life to greatness, since I could barely crawl
Though he is alive, sweet mother I live to brawl
Towards the evil has made you such
I swear I will carry one this life, until I have a child to bear
I’ll teach from what is right and wrong, so he shall not have to scare
Sweet mother, I love you
Sweet mother, I will always do
