Sweet Lullaby Poem by Reshma Ramesh

Sweet Lullaby

Rating: 3.7

I wake up from deep slumber
To little hands caressing
My cheeks, I peer, half open
Eyes which he shuts with his
little fingers, kisses my cheeks
Noisily and says 'Hush Mommy'
'Go back to sleep'.

(This poem is dedicated to my son 4 and half years old
who is sometimes mothers me.)

A very sentimental moment shared with a child is worth more than money itself. very well written and a pleasure to read.10/10 Regards Dave T

It's like one of the greatest paintings on Mother and Child. You have described it so beautifully in so few words. I love it.10 from me.
