Surrounded Poem by Cheyenne Price

Surrounded

Rating: 5.0

i think missing you is just like saying i don't believe in anything
i’ll give it all up to see you again and that should not be
jolted to a special place that I shouldn’t have these thoughts of going
just yet

the place when you're backed in, you're not afraid
the place where there's no right no left,90 degrees of depth
the place where the view is all you got,90 degrees is hot

this corner i speak of is loved
this corner has all the necessities
this corner i speak of is loathed
this corner has no ammentities

to hell with the rock, rocks can be broken
to hell with the hard place, hard places have escape hatches
everything in your tiny, little life can fit in this corner that
everyone in your tiny, little life says is uncomfortable
except me
