Surrender Poem by Jinal Oswal

Surrender

Rating: 5.0

I see the same glaze in those eyes
Like it was the when we first met
Love was what I did
And will do till the end

Everything here reminds me of you
It was like a caged bird flew
Dancing in the moonlit night
And your moves so right

Why did we surrender to these hiccups?
Do you think we can still makeup?
Let ourselves out and fight
Please be my eyesight

Love is the only thing I have
And Love is what will guide

Intense and heartfelt poem! Why did we surrender to these hiccups? Very enticing words for an argument or disagreement. Hope things are mended. Great poem. Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
