Surfer Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Surfer

Rating: 3.0

The wave hit big time.
Crashes of water,
Crashes of water,
Crashes of water.

The surfboard swung,
The sea song sung.
The beat of the board,
So sure,
On the shore.

The girl jumped off,
On her sandy beach.
Water perfection,
Was within her reach.

The surf churned blue and white,
What a gurgly, crashing site.
And she felt everything was right,
When standing on her surfboard.
