Of man's achievement
And resulting progress
Keeps exciting my heart.

Every destructive act
Upsets my mood and takes
It into an unrecoverable
Deep melancholy state.

Life to me it seems
One step forward
And three steps back
How do we change it?

Effort of annihilation
Maybe we can divert it
To support society for good
And achieve great progress.
