Sunshine(For Frieda Rose) Poem by Dónall Dempsey

Sunshine(For Frieda Rose)

Rating: 5.0

Caught in the sudden
downpour

soaked to the skin

you peel off
your now skin-
-tight-dress

pull it over
your head

your breasts
like two big eyes

looking wildly
about

wet dress
cast now aside

dressed only in
pink

high heeled shoes

hair flowing
like red rivers

tributaries
across the landscape

of bum and back

your bum
twitching back
& forth
back & forth

with each delicious
step taken

you
the sunshine

of my life

Stevie Wonder sings
(put on repeat)

as you emerge from the shower
dazzling the room

with a smile.

Yummy, delicious picture of a sudden downpour...and its fun aftermath! Good 'un!

Okay Dónall, Stevie Wonder (bless his immaculate vision) caught me unawares and I have to agree... Rgds, Ivan
