Sunshine Poem by SylvaOnyema (SUPER.T) Ubah

Sunshine

Rating: 5.0

Sunshine sunshine
You shine
The eyes of Heaven close

Sunshine sunshine
You shine
The eyes of earth open

Sunshine sunshine
You shine you shine
You shine the light of man
You shine the light of life

Sunshine sunshine
Shining sparkles of the earth
Glittering like eyeball
Rolling round round
Like a rolling ball

Sunshine sunshine
Fair sun drying wet clothes
Foul sun drying and withering crops

Sunshine sunshine
Hot eyes of the universe
Walking shadows of man

Sunshine sunshine
Piercing water face
With perfumed black odor

Sunshine sunshine
Power giving
Not
Power holding

Not power holding. A seemingly simple stanza that says so very much. Power giving, very insightful and self-assured. We are mortal men as large and as free as our own self-awareness. Limited only by ignorance......
