Treasure Island

Garry Smith

Fish eye,
Tooth and nail,
Swimming in circles,
Around pallid pale.
Cruising Sunset Boulevard,
Looking for chicks on the sidewalk.
My feathered delusions,
Like an eggshell,
Cracking in my brain...
